Refurbished and Repurposed Devices

  • These devices come with a 6-month carry-in warranty. Except if stated differently on the product page.
  • Batteries: Refurbished device batteries carry a 1-month warranty.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

New Devices

  • New devices may carry warranties ranging from 12 months to 5 years, as specified on the product page.
  • Some products include a carry-in warranty, while others include an onsite warranty. Details are provided with each product.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions:

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Consumables such as batteries beyond the stated warranty period.

How to Make a Warranty Claim: To file a warranty claim, contact us at shop@itmaster.co.za with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item or offer a refund in accordance with the product's warranty terms.
