Shipping Process
- Orders for new devices are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
- Orders for refurbished or repurposed devices may take longer to ship due to our rigorous quality assurance process. We aim to process and ship these orders as quickly as possible.
- Shipping timelines are calculated based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays and seasonal closure periods such as Easter and Christmas.
Delivery Services
- We use a combination of third-party courier services and our own delivery team to ensure reliable delivery of your orders.
- Depending on the location of our distribution or warehousing partners, your order may be part-delivered. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
- Shipping and delivery costs, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before completing your order.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the type of product ordered. Delivery details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Please note that public holidays and seasonal closure periods may impact delivery timelines. We will communicate any expected delays during these periods.

International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within South Africa. If you are located outside of South Africa and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at shop@itmaster.co.za to discuss potential options.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with your shipment.
- If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
