Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This aligns with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
  • They must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered, iTMaster will cover return shipping costs.
  • For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The following terms and conditions apply to exchanging, returning, and obtaining a refund:

  1. The product must be securely packed in its original packaging along with the receipt issued at the time of purchase.
  2. All accessories must also be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, docking stations, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), power cords, monitors, upgrade components, software, and external disk drives purchased with the product.
  3. No modifications or repairs may be conducted on the product being returned unless approved in writing by iTMaster.

Refunds

  1. When we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it is in the same technical and visual condition as when it was sent to you. Any damages will be deducted from the refund amount.
  2. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 30 days of receiving the item.
  3. If the return is due to a cancellation during the 7-day cooling-off period (for direct marketing purchases), refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned goods, as required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
  4. If more than 30 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@itmaster.co.za.
